Join yoga instructor and Reiki Master Teacher Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. The focus is on the solar plexus chakra (manipura), which is associated with personal power and will. The class begins with a mudra and mantra to get the intention in motion. You will be put into nervous-system relaxing restorative poses. Reiki will be used to activate the manipura, to heighten self-confidence and to allow ourselves to outwardly express our authentic selves.

Open to all levels.

Participants will be required to BYOP (Bring Your Own Props) - 2 blocks, a strap and a blanket. All props (including bolsters) are available for purchase at the studio.

Please note that these in person workshops are limited to 8 people and will default to livestream if we are unable to host in person.

Workshop Refund Policy: Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
