Run + Om for the Holidays

Join the RUNYOGA crew for an energizing, yet grounding running and yoga workshop meant to untangle the tension of the holiday season. Yoga teacher and run coach, Cara Gilman, will lead you on a 30 to 40 minute fun run or run/walk (ocean views included!).
The run will be followed by a slow flow yoga for runners practice that will incorporate sweet stretches, restorative postures, a long savasana, meditation, and journaling to set your intentions and focus in preparation for the holiday season, and new year ahead. This workshop is open to all levels (walkers too)!
Our time together will be as follows:
12pm: 30-40 minute fun run or walk (your pace!). Walkers are welcomed too!
12:45 - 2:00 pm: Yoga class
Workshop Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
