"I've known McKinley for 28 years now. When I walked into the Marblehead Yoga Loft where she was teaching her feminine flow class, I immediately felt this sense of peace and safety. I was in a room full of conscious women who were taking sacred steps towards their feminine energy. McKinley channeled a pathway to reach an elevated state back home to my femininity. It was truly a gift to experience her and her teachings. I can't wait until her next workshop!" — Beth G
This 2 hour mini retreat will show you ways to come into your feminine flow. This means regulating your nervous system so that you can operate from flow versus fight or flight. McKinley will give you tools to turn everyday life into a mini retreat to manage stress and return to joy more often.
The first hour of this mini retreat McKinley will show you 3 ways to help you get into your feminine flow:
How to create sanctuary in your house for a daily ritual
How to reset from anxiety through a daily breathwork technique
How to use the power of sound for healing and resetting the nervous system in 3 minutes
The second half of the class will be McKinley's signature "Yin with Kin" yoga practice to reset the body and nervous system to return to a state of rest and digest. Think looong poses. This will include a shared playlist for at-home yoga and meditation.
Please bring a journal and pen.
About McKinley
More than eight years ago, Kin left the corporate world in Silicon Valley and began traveling East to study yoga. She was guided by a call to discover the balancing of yin and yang energy and navigating what it means to be a successful happy woman in this chaotic masculine-dominated world. Kin has studied and taught Yoga, meditation, breath, and the Chakras in Bali, Thailand, Portugal, Massachusetts, California, Costa Rica and Mexico, where she currently spends her days. Through these experiences, Kin found solace in sisterhood and in bringing likeminded women together in a shared healing space.
To adapt to an ever-changing global community and the climate of the world, Kin has developed ways to share these practices with women around the world in a sacred virtual space. This wider net grants Kin the great opportunity of reaching more women, and expanding a powerful network of women.
