Restorative Series: Sacral Chakra with Hilary Richard & Gurdeep Bhogal

Join instructors and Reiki practitioners Hilary Richard and Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. We will focus on the sacral chakra (svadhisthana), which is associated with sensuality and creativity. You will be put into nervous-system relaxing restorative poses while crystal healing and Reiki is used to activate our creative center.

Workshop Refund Policy: 

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
