Join Kelly for a spirited journey through Hindu myths, as well as the mantras, mudras and poses that go with them. Myths are like prisms, reflecting us back to ourselves and providing meaningful clues to help us through challenging moments in our lives. Coupled with creative vinyasa flow, the stories truly come to life with YOU as the main character! Krishna, Lakshmi, Kali, Shiva, Ganesha… any one of them (or more than one) might make an appearance as we flow through creative vinyasa sequences designed to unleash your inner deity!

For all levels, this workshop includes storytelling, chanting, mudra (yoga for your hands), meditation and lots of inspired movement on the mat.

Workshop Refund Policy: 

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
