Restorative Series: Root Chakra

Join yoga instructor and Reiki Master Teacher Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. The class will focus on the root chakra (muladhara), that is associated with being grounded, feelings of security, support and identity.
Class begins with a mudra and mantra to set the intention in motion. Restorative postures will be supported with props to move your body into nervous-system relaxing poses.
Gurdeep will offer hand on Reiki to help move, integrate and release energy from past and present experiences preventing us from feeling our feet on the ground. Restore and heal from the deep roots within yourself.

About Gurdeep:
Gurdeep is a Marblehead based yoga teacher specializing in flow, restorative yoga, and meditation. She graduated from The Yoga Loft Teacher Training Program in 2017 under Larisa Forman and Vito Politano, as well as studying Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky in NY. Her teachings are deeply rooted in tradition with a modern day understanding of anatomy, physical fitness and alignment. Gurdeep believes strongly in incorporating meditation and breath work in her teachings, creating a full Yogic experience for the body and the soul. Gurdeep is a Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Psychic Medium, Trance Medium and Teacher of the Intuitive Arts. She has a deep dedication to spiritual practice, and continues to grow her understanding of the true nature of being through ongoing Tantrik studies. Creating a holistic approach, Gurdeep brings a healing intention to all of her sharings. Gurdeep is dedicated to serving, by facilitating every individual’s personal healing journey and evolution.
Workshop Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
