About Trish:
Trish Walker is a Chopra-certified life coach, meditation, Ayurveda health and yoga teacher. After 30+ years in the corporate world, a series of family deaths prompted a leave of absence and ultimately the launch of her wellness platform My Daily Dash. For Trish helping people find their “why” is not only her mission, it’s her passion.

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
