Reiki Refresher for Reiki 1 Practitioners with Gurdeep Bhogal

This workshop is for those who are currently Reiki 1 attuned and certified. Have you been attuned to Reiki 1 and are still finding your way in how to work with the energy? This workshop is an opportunity to revise, to practice with peers, and to be in a supported environment for growth and evolution. You will be able to both give and receive Reiki. Bring with you any questions you have or observations you wish to discuss.

About Your Teacher:

Gurdeep Bhogal is a Marblehead based yoga teacher specializing in flow, restorative and gentle yoga. She graduated from The Yoga Loft Teacher Training Program in 2017 under Larisa Forman and Vito Politano. She studied Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky in NY.  Her teachings are deeply rooted in tradition with a modern day understanding of anatomy, physical fitness and alignment. Gurdeep believes strongly in incorporating meditation and breath work in her teachings, creating a full experience for the body and the soul. Gurdeep is a Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Medium with a deep connection to spiritual practice. Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
