Join Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher and Psychic Medium Gurdeep Bhogal for a month of meditation. If you are new to meditation or an experienced meditator, you are invited to come together in community to plant seeds of intention. Mantra means ‘tool for the mind’ and Yantra ‘visual tool’ or sacred geometric form. Both are powerful tools for meditation.
In this series, the group will be using Yantra and the corresponding Beej (seed) Mantra, in a daily intention setting mala meditation. Gurdeep will share various Yantras and Mantras, connecting with the energy of the planets corresponding to the days of the week and their aspects, as well as Yantra containing the essence of various Deities and their qualities.
Dive deep into Meditation practice, and manifest your intentions through the power of Yantra and Mantra vibration. Some of the intentions and qualities we will be focusing on: Flow, Bliss, intellect, passion, expansion, intuition, abundance and many more.
About Gurdeep:
Gurdeep is a Marblehead based yoga teacher specializing in flow, restorative yoga, and meditation. She graduated from The Yoga Loft Teacher Training Program in 2017 under Larisa Forman and Vito Politano, as well as studying Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky in NY. Her teachings are deeply rooted in tradition with a modern day understanding of anatomy, physical fitness and alignment. Gurdeep believes strongly in incorporating meditation and breath work in her teachings, creating a full Yogic experience for the body and the soul. Gurdeep is a Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Psychic Medium, Trance Medium and Teacher of the Intuitive Arts. She has a deep dedication to spiritual practice, and continues to grow her understanding of the true nature of being through ongoing Tantrik studies. Creating a holistic approach, Gurdeep brings a healing intention to all of her sharings. Gurdeep is dedicated to serving, by facilitating every individual’s personal healing journey and evolution.
Workshop Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
