3 Week Running + Yoga Series Dates:

Timing:
6:15 PM — Arrival + check-in at front desk
6:30 - 7:10 PM — Run (3 to 4 miles)
7:15 - 8 PM — Yoga for Runners Class
Join Cara Gilman and her RUNYOGA crew for a 3 week running + yoga series. Each session will consist of a run that will range from 2 to 4 miles (depending on your pace) and a 45 minute yoga for runners practice. All fitness levels and yoga experience is welcomed and encouraged! This series is for everyone; perfect for those wanting consistency in their running + yoga practice as well as for the experienced runner + yogi who's looking for some inspiration and fun!
RUNYOGA is a community that brings the practices of running and yoga together. It’s approach is much more than just getting faster, stronger, and or/more flexible. It’s all about mindfulness. Goals, chasing personal records, and accomplishing only gets you so far. It’s all about connecting to your best self, to BE your best self. We can't wait for you to join us!
*Series will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the run portion of class will be canceled and replaced with a longer yoga practice.
About RUNYOGA
RUNYOGA was founded more than 5 years ago by Cara Gilman, a dedicated runner, run coach, and yoga teacher. Cara knows first-hand how powerful and important the practice of yoga is, for it saved her from countless running injuries and burn-out. From 2005 to 2010, Cara completed 7 marathons and it began to take a serious toll on her physically and mentally. Running was how she stayed grounded, inspired, and motivated, and without it, she struggled to feel connected to herself. She stumbled upon a yoga class at a gym one night and it changed her life. Once again, she felt that connection that she craved and missed so much.
Once Cara began to teach yoga, she wanted to share this gift of connection that she had been given to others, especially those like her that struggled with injury and mental burn-out. Hence, where RUNYOGA was born. On October 20, 2014, twenty people laced up their sneakers and laid out their yoga mats to participate in the first ever 6 week RUNYOGA series. Cara had no idea what to expect and was nervous whether people would even show-up. Her nerves just proved to be excitement for after just a few sessions, it became very apparent how something very special was forming.

Workshop Refund Policy:
Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
