Restorative Series: Solar Chakra with Hilary Richard & Gurdeep Bhogal

Join instructors and Reiki practitioners Hilary Richard and Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. We will focus on the solar chakra (manipura), which is associated with personal power and will. You will be put into nervous-system relaxing restorative poses while crystal healing and Reiki is used to activate our sense of confidence and strength.

We will begin with a mudra and mantra to get the intention in motion. Enjoy an R&R retreat to heal any blocks preventing is from empowerment and standing on our own feet. This is the third workshop in a series, however, don't fret if you missed the first one! Open to All Levels.

Workshop Refund Policy: 

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
