Restorative Series: Sacral Chakra with Gurdeep

Join yoga instructor and Reiki Master Teacher Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. We will focus on the sacral chakra (svadhisthana), which is associated with sensuality and creativity. You will be put into nervous-system relaxing restorative poses. Reiki will be used to bring out past and present ‘junk’ that prevents us from feeling our feet on the ground. We will begin with a mudra and mantra to get the intention in motion. Enjoy an R&R retreat to heal from deep in the roots of your self.

Open to all levels.

Participants will be required to BYOP (Bring Your Own Props) - 2 blocks, a strap and a blanket. All props (including bolsters) are available for purchase at the studio.

Please note that these in person workshops are limited to 8 people and will default to livestream if we are unable to host in person.

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
