Join yoga instructor and Reiki Master Teacher Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. The focus is on the crown chakra (sahasrara), which is associated with stillness, presence, intelligence, awareness, knowledge and understanding. Class begins with a mudra and mantra to get the intention in motion. You will be put into nervous-system relaxing restorative poses while reiki is used to activate our ability to experience realization, grace, enlightenment and bliss. Enjoy an R&R retreat to heal any blocks preventing us from understanding that we are one in unity with the Divine.

Open to all levels.

Participants will be required to BYOP (Bring Your Own Props) - 2 blocks, a strap and a blanket. All props (including bolsters) are available for purchase at the studio.

Please note that these in person workshops are limited to 8 people and will default to livestream if we are unable to host in person.

Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
