Strengthen Your Yoga with Pilates

A core-focused, muscle-toning class that incorporates elements from functional moments and power pilates. Using optional small weights and resistance bands. This is an ideal practice to add to your yoga practice. Cara will focus on strengthening and lengthening while sculpting and flowing through a 45 min practice. All levels welcome.

About the Instructor:

Cara Bednar is a local mom to Eloisa her 7 month old daughter. She has been teaching group fitness and 1-1 classes for the past 8 years. She currently teaches at Asana Charlestown, Btone Middleton, and Orange Theory Swampscott. She has a background in running, and is a certified Barre and Power Pilates teacher.
