Join Gurdeep for a 17-day Morning Meditation Series. November is the auspicious month celebrating gratitude and abundance.

There are many holidays from many different traditions in the World including: Day of the Dead, All Souls Day, Thanksgiving and Diwali.

Diwali is one of the most significant Indian festivals, celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs, Jains across the world, and is the Festival of Lights celebrating the victory of light over darkness. In the Hindu tradition, typically the Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped and celebrated on Diwali, as her presence is invited into homes to bring in the energy of auspiciousness, abundance and prosperity; people dress in colorful clothes and gather together, to light candles and Diyas, and share in a festive meal.

In the United States, Thanksgiving is a holiday where family and friends gather together to express gratitude for the gifts of the Earth and the connection of family and community, as people gather together to partake in a feast. In this Meditation Series, the group will be focusing and meditating on various aspects of the Goddess Lakshmi, which help us connect to gratitude for abundance, auspiciousness, the fruits of the earth, beauty, loving connection within community and other qualities that we are grateful for in our lives.

Group meditation is a way of amplifying our intentions, being accountable for our practice and sharing our experiences in community.

Join Gurdeep Bhogal experienced Yoga Teacher, to practice self-reflection (svadhyaya) express gratitude, manifest positivity and amplify light in our world.
