Join Gurdeep and Ryan for a special outdoor practice and meditation to connect with the moon energy. Ryan will fill the space with the beautiful soothing sounds of singing bowls.
Are you aware of the influences the moon has on your physiology, energetic body and mind?
A Full Moon occurs when the sun and moon are opposite from each other, gravitationally influencing the earth. With its pull, it changes the tides of the ocean, signifying fulfillment and completion. It also calls for reflection and gratitude for the abundance in your life. “Full” is the term describing the moon as it reflects light from the sun. It denotes an abundance of acquired goodness, heightened energy, receptivity and strength, but this fullness can also manifest in the overflow of emotions, erratic behavior and overheated conversations, bringing with them physical and emotional tension.
In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved in studio.

About Ryan
Ryan first stepped on the mat in 2012 at 20 years old, believing the practice would balance out his already active lifestyle. After the first class, he was hooked. He began his daily practice shortly thereafter, and yoga continued to be the common denominator as he relocated back and forth between California and Colorado pursuing different career paths and projects. After 2 years working in corporate San Francisco, Ryan started to relish the time spent at Stephanie Snyder’s studio, Love Story Yoga, more than his time at his desk (crazy right?) Shortly after that realization, he was on a one way flight to study alongside the Ganga River in Rishikesh, India, where he received his 200 YTT in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. This led him to continue his spiritual journey to Dharamsala where he was blessed to sit and meditate with the Dalai Lama. He continued to travel and live internationally teaching in Spain, Cambodia, and Laos before returning to the US in 2019. Since then, Ryan has relocated to New England, where he teaches yoga + meditation, holds sound healing ceremonies, and works as a Spiritual Mentor. Ryan approaches his practice with a “student first” mentality which creates the proper space to grow and flow with life.
