8:15 - 9:30 AM - Baptiste with Andrea (in studio)

9:00 - 10:00 AM - Vinyasa with Kristan (outdoors)

Andrea’s Class: Join Andrea Aubin Beane for a vigorous yet all-levels heated vinyasa flow based on Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power sequence. The class will be grounded in the Baptiste Methodology and include a physical practice, breathwork, and meditation. The studio will be heated to 90-95 degrees.

Kristan’s Class: Join Kristan for an outdoor Vinyasa class to kick-off the holiday festivities.

Workshop Refund Policy:

Full payment is required to reserve a space in workshops. All workshops are non-refundable. Due to limited space and high demand for some workshops we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will be issued studio credit. No credit will be given for cancelations made less than 24 hours.
