Melissa Staxfeld
Melissa Staxfeld is an artist, yoga teacher, and transformational health coach. Whether painting, teaching, or coaching, her mission is to empower others to embrace their gifts and feel grounded and confident in all areas of their life. Connecting the mind and body is the first step.
Melissa views yoga as a sacred practice that offers a deep discovery into the self that she is grateful to continually learn and share. Yoga allows Melissa to live fully, authentically, and courageously, and to lead others is truly humbling.
Melissa completed her YTT under Donna Jackson in 2016 at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint in South Norwalk, CT. Melissa lived in CT teaching art and yoga for almost 5 years before she and her husband moved back to their home state of MA in 2019. Her spiritual practices blossomed in CT and she is excited to continue to practice, teach, and grow alongside her North Shore kula.
