Maggie Kolb
As a D1 college rower, Maggie was no stranger to strength-based exercises, but when she stepped into her first yoga class in 2013 she was humbled at the practice. Realizing her lack of stability and flexibility, she spent the next several years practicing as often as she could, forever changing her relationship with her body. What she wasn't expecting were the impactful mental benefits of the mindfulness practice which have supported her in handling life's challenges and kept her coming back to her mat. She completed her 200-hour training in 2018 at Coolidge Corner Yoga in Brookline, MA.
Maggie leads a dynamic full-body flow designed to strengthen and challenge, allowing yogis to drop into their bodies and move freely. Outside the studio, she enjoys thrift shopping, home improvement projects, and walking on the beach.
