This Restorative Sound Healing & Guided Meditation will open with a brief introduction to Sound Healing and the Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. The session includes simple breath work and gentle movement to start freeing blocks and reducing the chatter in the mind. This will lead into a guided meditation which flows into a sound bath.

Join yoga instructor and Reiki Master Teacher Gurdeep Bhogal for an afternoon of restorative yoga and energy work. This class will focus on the third eye chakra (ajna), which is associated with intuitive knowing.
