Teen Yoga offers a fun, supportive class that stretches and strengthens the body through dynamic yoga poses. This class brings greater balance and peace to a young person's mind and spirit through calming, nourishing, restorative poses. This class is perfect for ages 13-16.
While back pain causation is typically holistic, meaning there are not only physical but also mental/emotional and even spiritual components, this workshop will focus on the physical work towards relieving this kind of pain or discomfort.
Tween yoga is designed for ages 7 through 11 (2nd through 5th grade). This hour long practice will include asana, mindfulness, and an introduction to meditation.
